Minor’s Petitions, Minor’s Payments Out of Court and any other such
miscellaneous applications to the Court.

NOTES: 1.
Crown Court
arraignments shall be listed on such days as the Crown Court Judge and Chief
Clerk may fix. 2.
The District
Judge’s Civil Bill Review Call over shall be listed on such days and at such
venues as the Chief Clerk shall fix. 3.
Crown Court trials may be heard at Newtownards
at the direction of the Crown Court Judge. Payments Into Court by a defendant under Order
21 of the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981 or, by a Respondent
under Rule 4 of the County Court (Criminal Damage Compensation) Rules
(Northern Ireland) 1983 or, under Rule 5 of the County Court (Criminal Injury
to the Person) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1988 shall be made by lodging the
desired sum with three copies of the lodgement documentation in the Bank of
Ireland, 54 Donegall Place, Belfast, either to the
credit of the ‘Civil Bill Account’ or the ‘Criminal Injuries Account’ as the
case may be. * This sitting is only for Appeals, from any Petty Sessions District
within the County Court Division, where the appellant is in custody or where
the appeal is urgent. # Civil business includes Appeals, Defended Civil
Bills, Committal Civil Bills, Criminal Injury and Criminal Damage Appeals,
Equity Petitions, Adoptions, Disputed Small Claims, Ancillary Relief
Applications and Ejectment and Hire Purchase Civil Bills. ~ Licensing Applications includes all Spirit
Licensing and Registration of Clubs applications. |
