NOTES:

The District Judge’s Civil Bill Review Callover shall be listed on such days as the Chief Clerk shall fix.

County Court Judge’s Civil Bill Review Callover may be listed on such other dates as may be specified by the Chief Clerk.

# Business will be listed on such days as may be specified by the Chief Clerk and includes: Family Care Centre Applications and Appeals, Defended Civil Bills, Committal and Enforcement Civil Bills, Criminal Injury and Criminal Damage Appeals, Equity Petitions, Adoptions, Disputed Small Claims, Ancillary Relief Applications and Ejectment and Hire Purchase Civil Bills.

≠Appeals against sentence will be listed on each Friday thereafter excluding court recess periods and public holidays.

*Appeals may be listed on such other dates as may be specified by the Chief Clerk.

All following matters at 10.00am (as necessary):-
Interlocutory matters each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Equity matters, Minor’s Petitions, and Minor’s Payments Out of Court each Tuesday and Thursday.
Miscellaneous matters each Thursday.

Undefended Divorce Petitions each Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 9.30am

~ Licensing Applications includes all Spirit Licensing and Registration of Clubs applications.

Payments Into Court by a defendant under Order 21 of the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981 or, by a Respondent under Rule 4 of the County Court (Criminal Damage Compensation) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1983 or, under Rule 5 of the County Court (Criminal Injury to the Person) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1988 shall be made by lodging the desired sum with three copies of the lodgment documentation in the Bank of Ireland, Belfast City Branch, 4-8 High Street, Belfast, BT1 2BA . Cheques should be payable to “Accountant General”.
