What is a Publication Scheme?
The Freedom of Information Act encourages public authorities to make as much information rountinely available to the public. Under the Act we are required to adopt a publication scheme which contains information we rountinely make available and ensure that information is published in accordance with the scheme.
Our publication scheme explains what information is available to you, when and where you can access it and whether there is a charge for it.
The Court Service has adopted the Information Commissioners Model Publication Scheme.
