If a customer has exhausted our internal complaints process but remains unhappy with how the NI Courts and Tribunals Service has handled their complaint, they can ask an MLA to write to the Northern Ireland Ombusman on their behalf. From 12 April 2010 this jurisdiction transferred from the Parliamentary Ombudsman to the Northern Ireland Ombudsman.
