Under the new governance arrangements, an Agency Board was established to provide leadership and direction to the NICTS.
The Board’s specific functions in relation to finance, planning, performance and policy are set out in 
the draft Framework Document.
The inaugural meeting of the Agency Board took place on Monday 7 June 2010.

The members of the Board are:

- Siobhan Broderick, Head of Civil Policy & Tribunal Reform

- PJ Fitzpatrick, Independent Member
- Colm McKenna, Independent Member
- Carol Moore, Director of Justice Policy, Department of Justice
