NORTHERN ROCK (ASSET MANAGEMENT) PLC

1.         On 31 December 2009 Northern Rock PLC was registered as having changed its name to Northern Rock (Asset Management) PLC.

2.         With effect from 31 December 2009 Northern Rock (Asset Management) PLC shall be substituted for all cases in the name of Northern Rock PLC.

3.         This Practice Direction shall apply to all proceedings pending or ongoing as of 31 December 2009 to which Northern Rock PLC is a party.

4.         Any party to such proceedings may apply to the court in which the proceedings are to be dealt with for an order that the substitution of name shall not have effect in those proceedings.
