DIRECTION BY THE LORD CHIEF JUSTICE UNDER SECTION 115 OF THE JUDICATURE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1978

The Lord Chief Justice hereby directs under Section 115(3) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 that one single electronic seal may be used in the various divisions and departments of the Supreme Court in addition to the manual seals currently used. He further directs that the use of electronic signature shall apply to all the divisions and departments of the Supreme Court.
