15 Apr 2005	Implementing the Northern Ireland Criminal Justice Review 2000 - Response to the Oversight Commissioners Third Report	The Northern Ireland Criminal Justice Review, which was published in March 2000, contained almost three hundred recommendations for changing the criminal justice system in Northern Ireland. Many of those recommendations are the responsibility of the Court Service. The Court Service is committed to implementing those recommendations of the Review for which it is responsible. That process of implementation is overseen by the Justice Oversight Commissioner, Lord Clyde, and the Court Service regularly updates the Justice Oversight Commissioner as to progress made.
