Documents in the Publication's section of the website are provided in a range of formats for customers. 20 May 2013Ford introduces moratorium in fee-paid tribunal judicial pension casesFollowing a recent decision of the UK Supreme Court in the case of O'Brien v Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Justice Minister David Ford, has written to the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland to put in place a moratorium for the tribunal judiciary sitting in tribunals for which his Department is responsible.
