Emergency training exercise at the Royal Courts of Justice, Belfast

A training exercise will take place at 12.00 noon tomorrow, Thursday 28 August 2008 at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast.

This ‘blue light’ exercise is being conducted in conjunction with the police and emergency services to test evacuation procedures at the Royal Courts of Justice, alongside emergency planning and business continuity arrangements.

The exercise will last approximately 90 minutes with staff back at their desks by 1.30 pm at the latest.

There is likely to be interruption to the normal flow of traffic in Chichester Street for a period during this exercise. The Northern Ireland Court Service apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
