The civil action in the case of Breslin & Ors v McKenna & Ors (01/000865) is expected to take place before The Honourable Mr Justice Morgan at the Royal Courts of Justice, Oxford Street, Belfast at 10.15am on Monday 7th April 2008.

NOTES FOR EDITORS:

1. It is currently expected that the proceedings will be in court ‘Queen’s Bench No.2’. To enable all media attendees to be facilitated we would be grateful, if you are considering attending, you would contact us at pressteam@courtsni.gov.uk or on 028 9041 2905/2284.
