This edition is provided by Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service to provide easy access to the Rules. Where a statutory provision has been repealed, the provision which replaces it is included in the text in [square brackets]. The rules on this site are up to date as of 31 August 2012 and will be further amended from time to time. The sources of amendments are the Amendment Rules which may be found in the Red Book or on legislation.gov.uk.
