If a post mortem examination has been carried out on your loved one you will have been contacted by your assigned Coroners Liaison Officer. He/she can be contacted directly from 9am to 5pm should you require information or assistance.

You will not be able to register the death until the Coroner has completed his investigations. An evidence of death form can be provided to assist you with financial matters. Your Liaison Officer can arrange this for you.
