Changes to the Court Fees came into effect on the 24 September 2007, along with a new policy on fees exemptions and remissions.

Refund Application Form - Multiple Surname Search (PDF)
Please complete this form to apply for a refund of a search fee in cases where more than one surname may be in use (e.g. a married, separated, or divorced woman) or when there is confusion over the order of the surname and forename.
