Notice of Intention to Enforce a Money Judgment (N.O.I.) (Form 1 &2) – The fee to issue an N.O.I. is £20.00

Recovering Land or Property (Form 4) – The fee for recovery of Land or Property is £515.00

Recovering Land or Property along with money (Form 4) – To calculate this fee you add the £515.00 for recovery of Land or Property to the correct fee for the amount of money you wish to recover (see recovering money above)

Recovering Goods (Form 4) - the fee for recovering goods is £165.00

Application for Discovery (Form 6) – the fee for a discovery case is £150.00

Stay of Enforcement – The fee for a Stay of Enforcement is £20.00

Certificate of Satisfaction – The fee for a certificate of satisfaction is £15.00

Search Fee – The fee for a search is £8.00 per name via the EJO Online Debt Register Service. If an officer of the court carries out the search the fee will be £18.00
