Application for Discovery - This Application Pack contains all forms and information you need to apply for a Discovery case. In a Discovery case you pay £150.00 for us to interview someone who owes money to you, then we send you a report of their financial situation. This gives you a chance to judge for yourself if it is worthwhile paying a further fee to fully enforce the case. The judgment amount must be over £3,000.00 to apply for Discovery. Application for a Certificate of Satisfaction - This Application pack contains all forms and information you need to apply for a Certificate of Satisfaction. The certificate of satisfaction is needed to lift a charge from your property and can only issue when you have paid your debt in full.

Stay Application Form - This Application Pack contains all forms and information you need for applying for a Stay of Enforcement. A stay of enforcement is granted by our Master, it allows time for you to go back to court and try to get the court order against you overturned.
