If you have received a Jury Notice (Form 1) advising you that you have been selected for jury service for the year commencing 1 July, you are required to complete a Form of Return (Form 2).
You must complete and return your Form of Return to the Juries Officer within 14 days of receipt of the Jury Notice. If you fail to make a return within 14 days or make a false statement you will be liable on conviction of a Magistrates' Court to a fine of up to £1,000.
You can now complete your Form of Return online through our website 7 days a week between the hours of 6am and midnight.
If you complete the return online you do not need to complete and return, by post, the form sent to you.
In order to complete the return online, you will need your Juror Reference and Online Reference. These are printed on the Form of Return (Form 2) enclosed in your Juror Notice Pack.
