When will the Service be available?
Copy Orders Online will be available from 26th November 2007.

Which orders will be online?
Orders made from 1 January 2007 will be available online for the following areas: 

• Chancery Division Orders (Bankruptcy, Companies and Chancery)
• County Court Division Orders, Default Judgments and Decrees (after the Decree has been requisitioned)
• Decree Absolutes (High Court and County Court)
• Grants of Probate
• Queens Bench Division Orders and Default Judgments (excluding Judicial Reviews)

How much does it cost?
The current fee for obtaining a copy order online is £8. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or from an ICOS prepaid account.

What information do I need to perform a search?
Depending on the business area, a search can be carried out by case reference number, order/judgment number or name. Please see table below for more information.

What happens if an Order is not available or there is an error in relation to an Order?
Not all orders will be available online. If an order is not available online then please contact the relevant court office, click here for contact details,  or the Civil Processing Centre who will be able to provide a copy order.
