The Enforcement of Judgments Office (EJO) and Supreme Court Taxing Office (SCTO) Objectives are contained in our Business Plan. This is managed within the framework of the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM). Within this framework, our business plan is also known as the ‘Scorecard’. Our Scorecard is broken down into four distinct segments, 'Delivering Responsive Customer Services', 'Improving Access to Justice', 'Promoting Confidence in the Justice System', and 'Business Development (Learning and Growth)'. The achievement of our objectives is carried out by the fulfilment of the Initiatives at the right hand side of each Scorecard Page. These initiatives are assigned to and managed by a number of groups including, The Senior Management Team, Staff Officer Group, Executive/Administrative Officer Focus Group, Customer Liaison Officers, Volunteering Committee and Project Managers. This approach ensures that staff of all grades and skills have a vested interest in achieving our goals and fulfilling our promises. To download a copy of our current Scorecard, please click here
