In the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland

TAKE NOTICE that [here state name of applicant] the [here state whether owner or occupier or both] of [here state brief description of premises and full address] by his solicitors [here state name of solicitors] has made/intends to make an application to the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland pursuant to Article 5 of the Property (Northern Ireland) Order 1978, for a restrictive covenant affecting the subject premises to be extinguished or alternatively modified in such respects as might be necessary so as to permit [here state proposed use or developments etc].

The restriction is contained in [here state document] dated [here state date of document] between [here state parties].

In some circumstances, the Tribunal has a discretion to award compensation for the loss of the benefit of a covenant.

Persons who wish to object to this application or claim compensation may do so by serving notice in writing upon the Registrar of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland, Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JJ, on or before [here state a date not earlier than 28 days from the date of the advertisement] together with details of

(a) how their claim to be entitled to the legal benefit of the covenant arises, and
