This is a Partial regulatory impact assessment (RIA) of the options under consideration in relation to the current review of county court scale costs in Northern Ireland. It is presently proposed to increase the scale costs by 10.47% in line with inflation for the period beginning of April 2002 to end of March 2006 as measured using the GDP deflator series. The alternative option under consideration is a continuation of the status quo. This consultation seeks views and comments on the Partial RIA. The RIA was published on 24 July 2006
